Here’s what one recent participant said…..
“Perhaps the greatest praise I can give Meg’s weight management and nutrition class is that, before it ended, I was already asking how I could continue with the program. In fact, almost everyone in the class is continuing. Meg is incredibly knowledgeable about nutrition but she presents the information in a very down-to-earth, understandable fashion. She does not prescribe a single diet. Rather her emphasis is on helping her clients create and maintain a healthy lifestyle. She is able to relate to people in all stages of their weight-loss journeys and to people with all different life-style issues. Most of all, she is supportive and understanding of everyone and every bump in the road that they encounter.”
