Nutrition and Lifestyle for Weight Management — new six-week sessions starting on Tuesday, May 15 and Thursday, May 17
with Meg Whitbeck, MS RDN
This six-week group series for all ages will help you focus on and achieve a meaningful, attainable goal so you can feel your best. Class includes:
- ~Hands-on individual goal setting … and achieving!
~Weekly themes and education
~Private weekly weigh-ins
~Group sharing: successes, setbacks, stories and resources
When and Where (a choice of day and time)
Tuesday evenings, May 15 – June 19, 6:30pm – 8:00pm — open to all!
Thursday afternoons, May 17 – June 21, 2:00pm – 3:30pm — women’s only group!
All classes will meet at the RVNA Teaching Kitchen, onsite at RVNA, 27 Governor Street, Ridgefield CT 06877

The class fee for six classes is $129. Pre-registration and payment are required.
